Return Policy for Skincare Products

Thank you for shopping at our skin store! We hope you love your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, please review our below:

Return Eligibility:
  • You may return or exchange item or order within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to deny the refund or store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging.
  • Products that have been used or opened cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
How to Return:

  2. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and labels. Ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the return to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item reaches us safely.
Refunds:
  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Non-Refundable Items:
  • Any products marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
Rewards points and Members Status:

If you return a product, any rewards points earned on the purchase of that product will be deducted from your account.
